A “Property Manager” is a person charged with managing a real estate property when the owner is unable to personally attend to such details, or is not interested in doing so.
I began my career in Real Estate as an Owner and Property Manager in 1996 when my husband and I bought an existing Real Estate Agency – First National Real Estate Albany Creek.
As a “Property Manager”, I organize and manage the letting of residential properties on behalf of their owners. I liaise with tenants and owners, organize inspections and maintenance, and follow up unpaid rent.
Being a local resident I bring a wealth of knowledge and a good understanding of the local area. I try to give advice in the best interest of my clients knowing that in the long term good reputations will endorse success.
I pride myself in customer service. I strive to achieve the best possible result with the minimum of stress and a professional attitude for my clients.
“Reputations are hard to earn but easy to lose”
Therefore to succeed, I believe it is essential for a professional Real Estate office to have consistency, dedication and a pledge to always act in the best interests of their clients.
